The People First® Leadership manual has been a great tool for training our staff. The manual makes the vast topic of leadership easy to grasp, which, for us, has meant greater application and impact for our team. We were impressed with the content and clarity of the material and invited Jack to a regional meeting where he spoke to many of our leaders throughout Florida and Georgia. The manual is now being included as part of the training for emerging leaders within our organization.
